We have established strict internal guidelines to ensure that every interaction is conducted according to the highest ethical standards.
Eli Lilly Canada also has a Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, who is responsible for overseeing our Canadian program of ethics and integrity in business practices. All Lilly employees receive mandatory training on the ethics and compliance policies related to their job, and strict disciplinary measures are in place should an employee fail to comply.
